CEO Lucas Born Narciso watched a family retail business lose afternoon walk-in traffic to customers who arrived, saw the pickup backlog in the lot, and left without buying. The store had orders. It had couriers. What it lacked was a way to sequence them intelligently.

Grew up inside a family retail business that ran afternoon pickup operations by clipboard and instinct. Watched the same bottleneck cost real customers every lunch rush for years. Founded PickNGo to replace the clipboard with a dispatch layer that actually sequences the queue. Leads product vision and all retail operations partnerships.
Spent several years building routing optimization systems for urban delivery networks at a large Brazilian logistics operator before co-founding PickNGo. Her background is in applied graph algorithms and real-time event processing. Leads the AI dispatch engine and all platform architecture decisions.
Managed store pickup programs and retail operations across multiple Sao Paulo metro locations at a mid-size consumer goods chain before joining PickNGo. Knows the gap between what an algorithm recommends and what a counter operator will actually do at 1pm on a Friday. Owns customer onboarding and real-world implementation.
$750K to Expand the Pilot Program
In October 2025 we closed $750K in angel funding to expand our pilot program and build the next generation of our dispatch engine. We are headquartered on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima in Sao Paulo, one of the city's main commercial corridors.
