A pickup order is any order that enters your PickNGo queue and is assigned a priority score. This includes orders from your POS, orders passed in via the API, and any order that triggers a courier assignment event. Orders that are cancelled before sequencing are not counted. Each plan's monthly order cap resets at the start of your billing cycle.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your operator dashboard. The new plan takes effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrading follows the same process and takes effect at the next billing cycle start. There are no penalties for plan changes.

No. There is no setup fee on any plan, including Enterprise. The only charge is your monthly subscription. Integration assistance is included in your first month for Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise contracts include a dedicated onboarding manager at no additional cost.

PickNGo integrates with any POS that can send order lifecycle events via webhook or REST API. Our adapter library supports the most common platforms in Brazilian retail. If your POS isn't in our standard adapter library, the REST API integration path works for any system capable of making HTTP requests. We offer a 14-day pilot period on the Starter and Growth plans. During the pilot you have full access to the platform and we work with your team to complete the POS integration.
