Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 14, 2026

PickNGo Ltda ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") takes the privacy of its users seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our AI pickup dispatch and queue-sequencing platform at pickngox.com (the "Service"). The Service is purpose-built for Brazilian retailers managing in-store pickup and quick-commerce fulfillment — store operations leads and e-commerce managers who need a clear dispatch view at the counter during the peak rush.

The Company is headquartered at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima 3477, 14 andar, Sao Paulo, SP 04538-133, Brazil. For privacy questions, reach us at [email protected].

1. Who We Are

PickNGo Ltda (Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima 3477, 14 andar, Sao Paulo, SP 04538-133, Brazil) operates pickngox.com. The Company provides AI-driven dispatch sequencing software to retail businesses in Brazil — sequencing pickup orders, routing couriers, and surfacing a prioritized dispatch list for store staff. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in line with Brazilian data protection law (Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados — LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018) and applicable international good practice. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Because PickNGo is a B2B platform, most information we process relates to business contacts, operator accounts, and the operational data retailers submit to run their pickup queues. Specifically, the Company may collect:

  • Identity and contact data you submit when creating an operator account or booking a demo: name, business email address, company name, and number of store locations;
  • Operational dispatch data submitted through your store's POS integration: order identifiers, pickup zone tags, courier assignment records, and status updates — this data belongs to the retailer's order operations and is processed solely to power the dispatch sequencing function;
  • Communication content: messages you send through the contact form or support email;
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time of access; and
  • Cookie and analytics data in accordance with your browser preferences and our Cookie Policy.

The Company does not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, biometric identifiers, or financial account data) through the Service. Pickup order data processed through the dispatch engine is treated as operational business data belonging to the subscribing retailer; the Company acts as a data processor for that category.

3. How We Use Information

The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes, all tied to the operation of the PickNGo dispatch platform:

  • To create and manage your operator account and authenticate access to the dispatch interface;
  • To receive, sequence, and display pickup orders on the dispatch board in real time — the core function of the Service;
  • To respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and communications you send us;
  • To improve the AI sequencing engine and the reliability of courier routing logic (using aggregated, de-identified operational metrics — not individual order content tied to end customers);
  • To communicate product updates, billing information, and service notices relevant to your account; and
  • To meet our legal and contractual obligations under Brazilian law and applicable data protection regulations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use dispatch order content to train machine-learning models without explicit written consent from the subscribing retailer.

4. Sharing

The Company shares information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers acting as processors on our behalf — for example, cloud infrastructure providers and SMS gateway vendors — under written data processing agreements that restrict their use of the data to the service for which they are engaged;
  • With legal or regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by Brazilian law, a valid court order, or equivalent legal process; and
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to the successor entity assuming the obligations of this Policy.

Dispatch order data submitted by retailers is shared only with the couriers and store staff whose role requires access — as directed by the subscribing retailer. The Company does not independently disclose or monetize that operational data.

5. Retention and Security

The Company retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Operator account data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle post-termination queries. Dispatch operational data is subject to the retention terms in the subscriber agreement with the retailer.

The Company applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; the Company cannot guarantee absolute security but takes reasonable precautions consistent with industry practice for logistics SaaS platforms.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable Brazilian law (LGPD) and any other laws of your country of residence, you may have rights to:

  • Confirm whether the Company holds personal information about you;
  • Access and receive a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of personal information the Company no longer needs to retain;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • Lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

To exercise these rights, email the Company at [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable period (typically 30 days). For requests regarding dispatch operational data submitted by a retailer through the platform, the subscribing retailer is the data controller for that data and is the appropriate first point of contact.

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for a full description of how the Company uses cookies and similar technologies on this site, and how to manage your preferences.

8. International Transfers

The Company is based in Brazil. If personal information is transferred to or processed in countries outside Brazil (for example, by cloud infrastructure providers), the Company ensures appropriate contractual safeguards are in place consistent with LGPD requirements for international data transfers.

9. Changes and Contact

The Company may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
