The Dispatch Brain Behind Your Pickup Counter
PickNGo reads every incoming order, matches it to the right courier, and gives your staff a ranked list they can act on without thinking.
The Complete Pickup Dispatch Stack
Order intake, AI sequencing, and staff dispatch view: three connected layers that eliminate the manual bottleneck at your counter.
Real-Time Order Intake
Connects to your POS. Surfaces every pickup order the moment it lands. Nothing queued in a spreadsheet or stuck in a tab your staff hasn't checked.
AI Sequencing Engine
Ranks orders by zone, courier proximity, ready time, and queue depth. Updates every few seconds. No manual reordering when a courier is late or a new order jumps the queue.
Staff Dispatch View
A clean numbered list for your counter. One action per order. Works on any tablet or monitor already in your store. Training time: ten minutes.
Scores That Update in Seconds, Not Minutes
Each order gets a priority score from 1 to 10. Zone, courier distance, ready time, and queue depth all feed the model. The top-ranked order always shows first so your staff never has to think about who is next.
| Order | Score | Zone | ETA | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #3012 | 9.4 | Zone A | 1 min | Priority |
| #3007 | 8.1 | Zone B | 3 min | Ready |
| #3019 | 6.7 | Zone A | 5 min | En Route |
| #3024 | 5.2 | Zone C | 8 min | Ready |
| #2998 | 2.3 | Zone B | Done | Cleared |
Built for the Store Counter, Not a Data Center
Your staff sees a view optimized for a busy shift: ordered list, clear status chips, one action per order. No training required beyond a 10-minute walkthrough. No new hardware.
Connects to What You Already Run
REST API with webhook support for all order lifecycle events. POS adapter library supports common platforms used in Brazilian retail. Most integrations complete in under one business day.
Technical Integration Overview
All events (order created, courier assigned, order cleared) are published as webhooks. Our REST API accepts order status updates from any POS or order management system that can make an HTTP POST request. Authentication uses API keys; no OAuth flow required for basic integration. Full API reference available after onboarding.
